Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design onboarding programs that ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
• Provide guidance on HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in IT services & consulting industry.
• Excellent auditing skills to identify areas for improvement in HR processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
