- Working closely with management to design and implement benefits plans and policies
- Collaborating with insurance brokers and benefits carriers
- Managing and resolving benefits-related issues and questions
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Preparing and distributing informative materials to employees regarding benefits programs
- Other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior
