About the role

Execute high-volume recruitment drives to build and maintain an active database of general workers, skilled laborers, and professionals. Manage the mobilization and deployment of workers to various client project sites or facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume recruitment drives to build and maintain an active database of general workers, skilled laborers, and professionals
• Manage the mobilization and deployment of workers to various client project sites or facilities
• Ensure strict adherence to the Employment Act 1955 (including amendments), the Industrial Relations Act 1967, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRD Corp)
• Manage the processing of work permits, calling visas (VDR), and medical check-ups (FOMEMA), check out memo (COM) for foreign workers
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) and the Immigration Department of Malaysia for foreign worker quotas and documentation
• Administer statutory deductions, manage medical claims, and process insurance coverages (e.g., Foreign Worker Insurance Guarantee - FWIG, and SOCSO)
• Manage payroll (must be good at using system)
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor worker attendance, performance, and compliance with client rules
• Manage immediate worker replacements for absenteeism to prevent operational disruptions for the client
• Act as the direct point of contact for client supervisors and site managers regarding daily manpower needs

About you

• Good at using payroll systems
• Ability to track, verify, and compile daily worker timesheets, overtime hours, and allowances
• Ability to maintain updated records of worker locations, contact details, and site assignments
• Ability to assist and comply with documents when RBA AUDIT at client site
