About the role

This role involves assisting in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and managing foreign worker matters including permit renewal and medical check-up. You will handle payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees, prepare and maintain employee records, contracts and HR-related documentation, process training applications and coordinate training arrangements, and provide administrative and purchasing support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and manage foreign worker matters including permit renewal and medical check-up
• Payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• Prepare and maintain employees records, contracts and all other HR-related documentation to ensure accuracy of information with up-to-date details
• Process training applications and coordinate training arrangements for employees
• Provide administrative and purchasing support and assistance with any assigned tasks

About you

• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
