• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Organizational Development & Talent Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR, Organizational Development, and Talent Management initiatives aligned with studio goals.
• Manage recruitment, talent development, performance, and employee engagement.
• Develop career development and succession planning programs.
• Build and maintain a high-performing and supportive workplace culture.
• Develop and improve HR policies, systems, and organizational structure.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee records.
• Identify training needs and oversee development programs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
