About the role

This Human Resource role manages end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and development initiatives. You will maintain HR documentation, support payroll and benefits administration, and partner with managers on workforce planning and retention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, workplace standards, and HR best practices
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and employee development programs
• Assist payroll, benefits administration, compensation updates, and HR reporting as required
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, workforce planning priorities, and retention strategies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, or generalist support
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, documentation standards, and employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and professional judgment
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, or payroll tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
