Qualifications – HR Staff / HR Officer

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR is preferred; fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Have basic knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, attendance, contracts, and employee relations.
• Understand basic Indonesian labor regulations and HR procedures.
• Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is an advantage.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and probation monitoring.
• Able to maintain employee documents and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience using HRIS or Odoo is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable communicating with employees from different departments and levels.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Have good problem-solving skills and a professional attitude.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new HR systems and company procedures.
