HUMAN RESOURCE

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to support the clinic’s daily HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening and interview coordination
• Manage staff records, attendance and leave administration
• Assist in onboarding and training coordination for new staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Support payroll preparation and basic HR documentation
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs and workforce planning
• Maintain proper filing and HR documentation
• Assist in handling staff inquiries and internal communication

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administrative role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible and able to handle confidential information
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of labour law is an added advantage

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
