Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee records.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and HR reporting.
• Advise management on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant HR professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
