Key responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and offboarding

Handle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preparation of employment offers

Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters and other HR-related correspondence

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files and HR databases

Manage employee attendance, leave, medical leave and other HR administrative matters

Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions and other statutory requirements

Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters for foreign employees

Liaise with MOM and other relevant government agencies on employment and manpower matters

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements and company HR policies

Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances and workplace concerns
