HUMAN RESOURCE (COMPBEN)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related business course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR role
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance
• Familiarity with government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Knowledge of payroll processing and administration
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee compensation and payroll records
• Handle government-mandated benefits and employee contributions
• Ensure timely processing of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Assist in payroll preparation, checking, and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
• Assist employees with compensation, payroll, and benefits-related concerns
• Prepare HR reports and other C&B documentation as needed
