Human Resource Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Client wants someone who can independently manage high-volume interview scheduling across US/EMEA/JAPAC time zones and provide excellent coordination between candidates, recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers.

Candidates with corporate/industry experience only.

Staffing/Recruitment industry experience will not be considered.

Candidate & Interviewer Communication
Recruiting Operations / ATS- Workday experience is preferred. Paradox / ServiceNow- is an advantage

Location: Bangalore, India
# of Positions: 2
Shift: AMER Shift 9:00 PM6:00 AM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid onsite (3 days/week)
Required Experience: 4+ Yrs Coordination Experience in Past, Great Communication Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
• Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands & deadlines
• Detail oriented; able to "connect dots to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient at handling high volumes of work & multitasking
• Experience with Paradox, Workday, ServiceNow is preferred
