About the Internship

We are looking for a confident, organized, and proactive HR Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in candidate coordination, HR operations, and business coordination.

Based on performance, the internship can be converted into a full-time HR Coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team, Batch Coordinators, and Placement Coordinators on daily requirements and updates.
• Handle candidate communication and placement-related tasks.
• Manage leads, client discussions, and support business conversion.
• Maintain candidate records and HR documentation.
• Follow up on interview status, offers, and joining dates.
• Assist the HR team with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion..

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
