Human Resource Cum Admin

1. Manage employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll-related documentation.
2. Handle recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview arrangements, onboarding, and employee orientation.
3. Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
4. Monitor employee disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Ensure compliance with Employment Act, company policies, and statutory requirements.
6. Manage office administration and daily operational support.
7. Maintain company records, licenses, permits, and corporate documents.
8. Monitor and manage company vehicles, fuel cards, Touch 'n Go cards, and vehicle documentation.
9. Maintain records of vehicle road tax and insurance.
10. Manage vehicle handover and return processes, including documentation and inventory checks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Experience in fleet management will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess a valid driving license.
