About the role

HR Officer / HR Generalist role based in Kuta, Lombok, Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing HR operations across multiple entities, including employment contracts, compliance, recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT) in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, minimum wage/UMK regulations)
• Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes across all four entities
• Coordinate recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks
• Handle payroll-related administration (BPJS, PPh21, THR, attendance, leave tracking)
• Support performance management and staff disciplinary processes when needed
• Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and compliance records
• Act as point of contact for employee questions regarding contracts, benefits, and policies
• Support the owner with ad hoc administrative and HR-related tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years in HR administration, employment law, or related roles
• Experience across multiple business units or a fast-paced SME environment is a plus
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with HR software/payroll systems is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and clear communication
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities independently
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lombok; able to work on-site
