About The Role We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Development Specialist to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to support employee skill development and career progression.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and design targeted training solutions.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are equipped for success.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR development initiatives with company goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
• Prepare reports on HR development metrics and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Development Specialist or similar role in HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, training design, and employee development strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
