What they need
- วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบ Human Resource Development (HRD) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างองค์กรและโครงสร้างบุคลากรของแต่ละฝ่าย/แผนก เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับภารกิจและทิศทางการเติบโตขององค์กร
- จัดทำและทบทวน Career Path และแนวทางความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพของบุคลากร
- จัดทำและบริหาร Succession Plan สำหรับตำแหน่งสำคัญขององค์กร รวมถึงวิเคราะห์และเตรียมความพร้อมของ Successor
- วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพและความต้องการพัฒนาของบุคลากร เพื่อจัดทำ Training & Development Plan
- วางแผนและดำเนินการพัฒนาบุคลากร เช่น Competency Development, Leadership Development และ Individual Development Plan (IDP)
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำ Talent Management / Talent Pool เพื่อพัฒนาและรักษาบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพ
- วิเคราะห์และจัดทำ Manpower Planning ให้สอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างและแผนการเติบโตขององค์กร
- ประสานงานกับผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการด้านบุคลากรและการพัฒนา
- จัดทำข้อมูล รายงาน และเอกสารด้าน HRD รวมถึงติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร
- สนับสนุนงาน HR อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD / OD / Talent Management / Training & Development อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Career Path, Succession Planning, Competency, IDP และ Manpower Planning
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และออกแบบระบบพัฒนาบุคลากร
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และ PowerPoint ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารจัดการและติดตามงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้
