About the role

Responsible for defining and driving human resources strategy aligned with organizational business objectives to build personnel capability, retain talent, develop organizational culture, enhance HR management performance, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop HR strategic plans aligned with business plans
• Prepare Workforce Planning and Manpower Planning
• Analyze organizational structure and staffing levels appropriate for growth
• Advise executives on People Strategy and Organization Development
• Define HR Roadmap and monitor implementation results
• Develop recruitment processes to attract high-quality personnel
• Manage Talent Pool and Successor Pool
• Develop Talent Review and Succession Planning systems
• Analyze recruitment and employee retention data
• Plan and manage organizational development projects
