A leading FMCG organization is seeking an experienced HR Director to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead change management and transformation programs to support organizational growth.
• Champion a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure HR governance, compliance, and best practices are effectively embedded within the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR leadership experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or other multinational environments.
• Proven track record in HR business partnering, organizational development, and talent management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
