We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Director to join our team at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, the Human Resource Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Human Resource Director Summary:

The Human Resource Director will lead the Human Resources team in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Human Resource Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee complaints, and Open Door policy
• Administer benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, and ADA
• Conduct new hire orientations and ongoing employee training programs
• Analyze and report on HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee retention strategies

Human Resource Director Requirements:

• Prior experience in HR leadership role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and reports
