Human Resource Employee Relation Assistant

• Ensure employees compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to contents of the company code of discipline
• Conducts case investigations, prepares documentation and recommendations for corrective disciplinary actions facilitates admin hearing.
• Prepares and issues disciplinary actions, labor related notices and papers
• Receiving of Incident Reports
• Ensure that all related ER documents are archived appropriately.
• Support the HR officer in developing and implementing appropriate corporate and department policies.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate, preferably of Business Administration, Human Resource and Development Management, or other related degrees.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proven experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee issues
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• With basic knowledge in Labor Laws and Hardworking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exhibits good rapport, interpersonal skills, patient and with amiable personality
• Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite.
