Human Resource Executive

About the role

This role encompasses end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. You will support the full employee lifecycle and serve as a key point of contact for HR enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and reference checks
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programmes
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Administer employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions and resignations
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and payroll verification
• Administer leave, attendance, claims and employee benefits
• Ensure accurate submission of CPF and other statutory requirements
• Serve as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entry level or up to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
