Human Resource Executive

• Manage employee records and HR documentation – Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, prepare employment contracts and HR letters, and ensure proper filing and recordkeeping.
• Support payroll administration – Process payroll accurately and on time, while working with Finance and relevant statutory bodies to resolve payroll-related matters.
• Support employee lifecycle activities – Support onboarding and employee exit processes.
• Coordinate learning and development administration – Support training logistics, manage training records and participant communication, and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support HR reporting, systems and projects – Maintain the HR Portal, support compliance with HR procedures and ISO requirements, and participate in HR improvement initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Less than 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle and payroll administration will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to handle confidential information professionally.
