Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee grievances, exit formalities, and final settlements in a timely manner.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
• Ensure smooth execution of the exit process by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Compute exact working days, unpaid salaries, leave encashment, bonuses, and gratuity.
• Calculate notice period shortfalls, recovery of company loans, advances, or asset damages.
• Gather "No Dues" clearances from IT (laptops, IDs), Admin, and respective line managers.
• Ensure PF transfers/withdrawals, tax deductions (TDS), and final settlement timelines align with local labor laws.
• Issue final FnF computation statements, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
• Address employee queries, disputes, or discrepancies regarding exit calculations

• Strong understanding of employee grievance handling, exit management, and final settlement procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
