Human Resource Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internship Letters, and other HR documents.
• Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Maintain the employee database and HR MIS.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
