Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Executive to lead and manage our human resources functions with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS systems, payroll processing, and training initiatives. Duties

• Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, and SAP SuccessFactors to attract top candidates through strategic sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Manage onboarding, training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement, utilizing systems like Workday, Dayforce, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, and Ceridian.
• Oversee HRIS data collection, entry, and maintenance to ensure accuracy across platforms including ADP, Kronos, and PeopleSoft.
• Coordinate change management initiatives to support organizational transitions smoothly while minimizing disruption.
• Administer payroll processing using tools such as ADP or Kronos, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and facilitating effective communication across teams.
• Support HR sourcing strategies for recruiting through ATS systems like Lever or iCIMS and conduct interviews to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Collaborate on project management tasks related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives aligned with company goals.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing administrative tasks related to human resources management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and HR sourcing tools like Lever or iCIMS.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Kronos along with knowledge of employee benefits administration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in change management practices to facilitate organizational transitions smoothly.
• Knowledge of data collection techniques and administrative experience in human resources functions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new HR technologies including Salesforce or PeopleSoft for data entry and reporting purposes.

Pay: $43,881.64-$111,163.59 per year
