The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment, driving hiring strategies across functions, and building core HR policies and processes. You will also manage onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking while helping create a vibrant, high-energy work environment. Ideal candidates will have 13 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferably in a startup or fast-paced settingstrong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
