Job Description

The HR and Admin is responsible for managing the end-to-end Inbound operation process along with the compliance to support the growth of the companys transport and logistics operations. This role involves identifying staffing needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience to maintain the brands reputation for professional service as well problem solving to the employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Labour management is the mail part of this job role.
• Onboarding: Assist in the induction of new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and they are integrated nto the company culture.
• Record Management: Maintain organized records of candidate data, recruitment status reports, and a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally to candidates, promoting Shyamoli Paribahans values of passenger comfort and operational excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Male Candidates are required for this position.
• Candidate must have 6 months 2 years of experience in Contruction implant or manufacturing or plant role.
• Must have experience in handling labours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure**.**
