Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT)
  • Sourcing & Screening: Source candidate profiles across IT (software engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) and Non-IT (sales, operations, marketing, admin) roles using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), social media, and internal referral networks.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process: job postings, resume screening, initial phone evaluations, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate pipeline tracking.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department leads to define job specifications, understand technical stack requirements for IT roles, and set realistic hiring timelines.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, and conduct exit interviews and exit clearance processes for departing employees.
  1. Payroll & Compensation Administration
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Track employee attendance, leave requests, shift rosters, and Loss of Pay (LOP) calculations using HRMS software.
  • Payroll Processing: Collate and process monthly payroll input data, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance details (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS).
  • F&F Settlements: Prepare and process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees in coordination with the Finance department.
  1. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
  • Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement team-building activities, monthly/quarterly engagement events, wellness programs, and festival celebrations to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Rewards & Recognition (R&R): Coordinate R&R programs, such as Employee of the Month and spot awards, to boost morale and retention.
  • Feedback Loops: Conduct pulse surveys, analyze employee feedback, and recommend actionable engagement strategies to leadership
  1. MIS Reporting & HR Operations
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee master records, personnel files, and compliance documents in HRMS/Excel.
  • MIS Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR MIS reports including headcount summaries, attrition rates, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill (TAT), and recruitment funnel analytics.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Keep leadership informed through regular updates on recruitment status, payroll summaries, and operational HR metrics.
  1. Employee Relations & Query Management
  • Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave balances, payroll queries, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Grievance Handling: Facilitate transparent communication between management and staff, addressing employee concerns or disputes promptly and confidentially.
  • Policy Compliance: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Gender: Male (Preferred)

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA HR), or a related field.

  • Experience: 24 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role handling both technical (IT) and operational (Non-IT) hiring.
