Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions including Store Managers, Optometrists, Sales Executives.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals,consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage the pre-joining process.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail talent across multiple locations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports with accurate and timely updates.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure hiring targets and recruitment TAT are achieved.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives when required.
• Support onboarding activities and complete recruitment documentation.
