Human Resource Executive

Key responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs, design succession pathways, and map out talent readiness for future company expansion
• Build programs that boost employee morale, increase retention, and reflect company core values
• Oversee performance management systems that track productivity and reward high achievement
• Identify skill gaps and guide training roadmaps to upskill current team members
• Track key HR metrics like turnover rates and engagement scores to guide executive decisions
• Ensure all internal rules and practices follow local labor laws and employment regulations
• Manages administrative functions such as foreign workers matters, salary processing, liaising with government departments such as DOE, DOSH, JTK.

About you

• Proven work history in senior HR roles focusing on strategy and change management
• Deep knowledge of local labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-department leadership
