Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment as the primary responsibility, along with employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment – Primary Responsibility

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including Fun Friday, festival celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries, and team-building activities.
• Organize employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and gather employee feedback.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Assist in performance appraisal and employee review processes.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Coordinate with different departments on HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong recruitment exposure.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employee engagement practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with HRMS/HR portals or ATS.
• Knowledge of basic HR policies and labour laws.
• Creative approach towards employee engagement activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
