Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Generate leads and connect with hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
• Maintain candidate/client data and follow up regularly.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and sales targets.

Job Requirements :

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sales.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.
