Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Post jobs and screen resumes
• Set up interviews and guide hiring steps
• Send offer letters and run orientation programmes.
• Add new hires to company databases

Payroll and Administration:

• Track work hours, shifts, and leaves
• Collect and check payroll data
• Answer staff questions about pay
• Keep employee files safe and up-to-date.

Employee Relations:

• Listen to worker complaints and help solve issues
• Support team-building and engagement events
• Help manage performance review cycles
• Conduct exit interviews when staff leave

Compliance:

• Ensure the company follows local labor laws
• Update employee rules and handbooks
• Keep statutory records for audits
• And any other functions relating to this role.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a B.Sc. in human resources, IRPM or any related course
• A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in human resources or people operations.
• Must reside in Surulere, Island, and its environs.
• Professional certifications like CIPM (in Nigeria), SHRM-CP, or PHR are often preferred.
• Candidates must reside in Surulere Island and its environs.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 600,000 Monthly
