Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
• Conduct interviews, shortlisting candidates, and making final selection decisions.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates at all levels.
