Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for employee Joining formalities, statutory compliance.
• HR Generalist activities and labour Laws & HR Admin Activities.
• Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of payroll and employee relations.
• Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in HR operations and documentation.
• Ability to handle employee issues and multitask efficiently.
