Key Responsibilities

HR

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR-related reports
• Coordinate with employees and management for HR activities

Requirements

• MBA – HR / Marketing Mandatory
