We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to handle recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews)
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support attendance and payroll processing
• Post job openings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR support

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Erode, Tamil Nadu (Erode District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources: 4 years (Required)
