Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support end-to-end recruitment posting roles, coordinating with recruitment partners and job portals,

scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.

• Manage joining formalities, documentation, induction and onboarding for new employees.

Payroll, Attendance & Compliance

• Attendance & payroll inputs Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records and provide accurate

monthly inputs for payroll processing.

• Statutory compliance support — Assist with PF, ESI, Professional Tax and related filings, records and

remittances under management's direction.

• Help maintain compliance registers and documentation as required for audits and inspections.

Employee Records & Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files and MIS / HR reports for management.
• Travel & logistics — Coordinate travel bookings, lodging and related arrangements for staff and

management.

• Handle routine HR administration, correspondence and vendor coordination.

Employee Engagement & Support

• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, leave and documentation, escalating

as needed.

• Support employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Assist with the performance appraisal cycle — coordinating forms, timelines and record-keeping.
