Human Resource Executive

HR Executive – Solar EPC Company

Avani Eco Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support basic accounts-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, interview coordination & onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation and HR records.
• Prepare offer/appointment letters and other HR documents.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee coordination.
• Maintain basic Excel reports and records.
• Assist with basic accounts, billing, expenses and documentation when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR processes.
• Basic understanding of accounts will be an added advantage.
• Graduate in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com or relevant field.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Starting)
Salary will be reviewed based on performance, responsibilities and overall work contribution, with scope for an increase in the future.
