Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR & Administration activities.
• Handle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Support joining, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with Accounts / Management for salary and payroll-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR letters, forms, registers and reports.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and recruitment.
• Assist in HR MIS and employee-related reports.
• Support implementation of HR policies, rules and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
• 0–1 year of HR experience; freshers can apply.
• Basic understanding of Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance and HR Operations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and HR documentation.
