Human Resource Executive

Med Karma Healthcare Solutions is looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and employee relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and external agencies as required.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/HRMS tools.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare/RCM/BPO industry will be an advantage.
