Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including attendance verification, salary computation, and payroll reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Process employee claims, reimbursements, and Medical Certificate (MC) records.
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS (AutoCount) for new hires, confirmations, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and resignations.
• Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and employment-related letters.
• Liaise with Branch Managers/PICs on payroll, attendance, leave, and HR administrative matters.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, confidentially, and within deadlines.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Malaysia payroll.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and the Employment Act.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems; AutoCount experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical, organisational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
