HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibility :

• Manage related task such as employee recruitment, employee engagement and maintaining employee records.
• Verifying and update daily attendance by using Finger Tec system.
• Keeping track of staff employment status.
• Checking and accompanying leave application.
• Handling of staff disciplinary and grievance issues.
• In charge in all related foreigners matters including recruitment, Fomema medical check-up, permit renewal, and insurance.
• Monitoring of utility and relevant issues in regard to worker hostel matters.
• Preparation of contracts and relevant documentation relating to each group of workers assigned.
• Screening and advertising for available job vacancies.
• Liasing/travelling to relevant government authorities/offices for the day to day issues related to the scope of work i.e. Immigration, Perkeso, KWSP, JTK, etc.
• Familiar with HRD Corp. requirements and claims process is a bonus.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation and accordance to the Employment Act.
• Participate and assist in training needed for employees.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related HR knowledge, skill and experience
• Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
