Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive with comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of all hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.

Job Description

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, leave, benefits, employee records and offboarding.
• Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and applicable Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, workplace concerns and grievances.
• Support management in investigating and resolving employee grievances, misconduct and disciplinary cases.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and HR-related events.
• Support ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Disciplined, adaptable, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
