Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, and other HR-related activities for employees.
• Ensure accurate records of employee data and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate joining formalities and exit formalities as per company policies.
• Provide support in recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0.6-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of attendance management, leave management, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors.
