Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2-7years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and close positions as per requirements.
• Post job openings and manage recruitment activities.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely hiring

Requirements:

• Experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives + Half-Yearly Increment.
• 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
