Human Resource Executive

• Manage ESI & PF related activities, including monthly challans, employee registration and coordination with Accounts.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction and joining formalities.
• Manage employee offboarding, full & final coordination and exit formalities.
• Handle recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, deductions, leaves and payroll inputs.
• Maintain and manage HRMS, including attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee grievances, queries and day-to-day HR concerns.
• Maintain employee records, HR files and documentation.
• Manage office infrastructure/administration complaints, including coordination for repairs, maintenance, and basic facility requirements.
• Coordinate basic IT-related issues, such as systems, internet, printers, email IDs and other office IT requirements with the concerned vendor/team.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, leave, recruitment, employee records and other HR activities.

Required Skills

• Should be responsible, organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple HR activities independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate with employees
