Job Description

Golden Homes is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
• Support payroll and HR administrative activities.
• Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and employee coordination.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 –7 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
