Role & responsibilities
Source & screen candidates for Banking and Insurance roles.
Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate eligibility.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Preferred candidate profile
Fresher or Experienced
language preferred : English , Hindi , Marathi, Telugu, Kannada or any regional language
